Nodeza Terms of Service
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nodeza app and website (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Infused Sips, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company doing business as NeuroBean (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who can use Nodeza
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use Nodeza only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms for you. The app asks for your birth month and year on first launch and blocks use by anyone under 13.
2. Your data stays yours
Nodeza doesn't require an account. Most of your content is stored on your device; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what leaves it.
3. License to use the Service
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Nodeza for your own non-commercial learning and productivity. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows), scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service, bypass usage limits or paywalls, or use it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the notes, decks, quizzes, prompts and other material you create or upload (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to process Your Content only as needed to run the features you use (for example, to send text to an AI provider to generate a response). You're responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to use it. Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes someone else's copyright.
5. AI features
Nodeza's AI features send the text you ask the AI to work on through our server to an AI provider (currently DeepSeek) to generate a response. AI output can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. It is provided for learning and convenience only and is not professional (medical, legal, financial or academic-integrity) advice. Check important information yourself and follow your school's rules on AI use. Don't submit sensitive personal information to AI features.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
- Billing. Paid plans are sold through Google Play. Prices, billing period and any free-trial length are shown next to the purchase button before you buy, plus applicable tax.
- Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You'll be charged when a free trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Cancelling. Cancel anytime in Google Play (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Price changes. We'll give you advance notice of any price increase for an existing subscription, as the app stores require, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- One-time purchases. A one-time (“lifetime”) purchase unlocks the listed features for as long as we offer the app, and can be restored on a new device through the store that sold it.
7. Refund policy
- App-store purchases are processed by the store. You can request a refund from Google Play within 48 hours of purchase (how) or from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. After that, email us at onequations@gmail.com with your order number: we'll refund accidental purchases and charges for periods you couldn't use because of a problem on our side.
- Otherwise, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws where you live.
8. Copyright complaints
We respond to notices of copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our Copyright & DMCA Policy for how to send a notice or counter-notice. We may disable content and suspend repeat infringers.
9. Changes and ending the Service
We may update the Service, add or remove features, or stop offering it. If we discontinue a paid feature you've prepaid for, we'll give reasonable notice and a pro-rated refund of unused prepaid time where required. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms. You can stop using the Service at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will help you reach a particular result (such as a grade, exam score or language level). Keep your own backups of important content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, except that you may bring a claim in small-claims court where you live, and you keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
